LÍLLÉbaby Warranty Policy

LÍLLÉbaby warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. We stand behind all of our products and will replace a defective product, free of charge, during the first 12 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear, fabric fading, normal variations in fabric, and small threads that remain from the sewing process are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty.

In the case of Limited Edition styles (including Unicorn, Rare, Ultra Rare, and Uncommon releases), LÍLLÉbaby cannot guarantee that there will be an identical carrier available for a replacement in the event of a defect. In this circumstance, we will work directly with the individual customer to determine an appropriate solution based on their particular situation (i.e. alternate replacement product, refund of original order, etc).

LÍLLÉBABY will not be held responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product, to products purchased from an authorized retailer in United States of America. Sellers on Ebay are not authorized retailers. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law.
