What is an "open box" carrier?

"Open box" means that the item came back to us through a customer return. It was then inspected for condition, quality, and safety and repackaged. Essentially, an open box carrier is like-new, but not officially considered new as it was opened and, possibly, tried on, before the previous customer returned it. Open box carriers come with the same one-year warranty as new LILLEbaby products.
