When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain tracking information for your order.

Once your order has been delivered, we will send out one last email confirming delivery. If your package is showing as delivered, but you do not have it, we suggest the following steps:
- Wait an additional business day for the package to be delivered in case the tracking was updated as delivered prematurely
- Check around your home at all exterior doors and windows to see if the package was delivered in an unexpected spot
- Check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to a nearby address.
- If you are still not able to locate your package after taking these steps, you can contact FedEx directly for more information.
