At LÍLLÉbaby your satisfaction is our first priority. We strive to make products that are of the highest quality, easy to use, and comfortable. However, there is a learning curve to using any new product, which is often steep and frustrating - particularly for baby carriers. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction with any product from LÍLLÉbaby, please contact us. We can offer guidance and assist with a solution.
If that solution is to return the product, we have made that simple too: Full priced items purchased directly from the LÍLLÉbaby website are eligible for complimentary return within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs of items purchased on sale, a discounted price, or during a promotion will be the responsibility of the customer. International orders will not be eligible for complimentary returns and postage expenses will be the responsibility of the international customer. The returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and/or packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted LÍLLÉbaby prior to sending the item back and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we recommend all items are returned via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. LÍLLÉbaby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item is received by LÍLLÉbaby, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid. Please allow several weeks for LÍLLÉbaby to refund your credit card upon receipt.
LÍLLÉbaby does not offer exchanges. You may return an item for a refund and place a new order.
Please note that Mystery Box items, Open Box items and clearance items (Clear the Rack and Spring Cleaning) are not eligible for return and are considered FINAL SALE. Mystery Box and Open Box items will include our normal 1-Year Warranty from the original date of purchase.
