If that solution is to return the product, we have made that simple, too. Items purchased directly from the LÍLLÉbaby website are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. LÍLLÉbaby is happy to pay for return shipping on items purchased at full price; however, customers are responsible for the return shipping for items purchased on sale, on promotion, with a coupon code, or with any other discount. The returned or exchanged item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and/or packaging. Please contact email@example.com if you need to return a product. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the customer has contacted LÍLLÉbaby prior to sending the item back and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Returns paid for by LÍLLÉbaby are sent via FedEx SmartPost; please note the tracking number on the label we send. LÍLLÉbaby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item is received by LÍLLÉbaby, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow several weeks for LÍLLÉbaby to refund your credit card upon receipt.
